Identifying employment type
Work is changing as more and more people freelance, whether by choice or circumstance, leading to contracting rather than a traditional employment relationship.
Contracting is also attractive to a business when they need a specialist service, but only for a short period. It can also be more cost effective.
However, like traditional employment, there are laws and obligations which need to be considered. Moreover, an individual who provides contract services, may actually be considered an employee under the legal definition.
Services include:
Advice on bona fide contractor status, employee or contractor test
Formal Contractor Agreement documentation
